Thank you for your Sobremezza purchase.  Following are the terms and conditions of our Shipping Policy.

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery time will depend on the Shipment method you have chosen.
  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
  • Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses are not available since products can be damaged.
  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.
  • Sobremezza is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
  • International Shipping Policy - We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Sobremezza takes pride in customer satisfaction.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return an item for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. For the product to be eligible for return or exchange, it must be returned in its original packaging, unopened, unused, and in its original condition.

In order to process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


To return your product for a refund, you must request authorization from our team. You can contact us at customercare@sobremezza.com or via phone at 305-269-7100. Once authorized, mail your product to:

Upon receipt of your return,  the product will be inspected and you will receive an email from our customer care team confirming receipt of the returned item. Once your return is approved you will receive an email from our customer care team confirming the return has been approved and the refund is being processed.

Upon approval of the refunds, we will promptly process a credit to your credit card within 5-7 business days.

Should the return be rejected because item(s) was not received in an acceptable condition, our customer care team will contact you.

Refund Time Frame

If you are expecting a refund but it is not reflected in your bank account, first check your bank account again. Then proceed to contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If the refund has not posted within 10 days of the refund confirmation email, please contact us at customercare@sobremezza.com.

Sale Items

Products purchased on Sale are not eligible for a refund. Only regular-priced items may be refunded.


Only defective products are eligible for exchange and must be replaced with the same item.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customercare@sobremezza.com and send your item to: Sobremezza 5757 Blue Lagoon Drive, Suite 110 Miami, Florida 33126.

We take pride in our packaging to assure the product arrives intact and to your satisfaction therefore, Sobremezza is not responsible for damage caused by the shipper. Please refer to our Shipping Policy.

Return & Exchange Shipping Costs

Sobremezza will only be responsible for shipping costs if you have received a notification whereby, we acknowledge an error or defect on our part that resulted in a return or exchange.

On the contrary, the customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs when returning your item.

Exchange delivery time will vary depending on the customer’s location.

If you are returning or exchanging an item(s) with a value of over $75, we recommend utilizing a shipping provider that facilitates a tracking number and insurance. Sobremezza cannot guarantee receipt of a returned item without a tracking number.
